Online Banking Registration - Personal Banking
Please note, if you are already registered but have forgotten your password, simply phone us on 1300 65 65 81 during office hours, to reset your password.
Registering for Online Banking can revert that Membership to online statements.
By consenting to Online Statements, you understand that:
- You will stop receiving paper statements and notices for all your banking and loan accounts
- You need to check all electronic communications, such as emails, SMS and online banking messaging regularly;
- And you can revert to receiving paper statements and notices in the post at any time by phoning 1300 65 65 81. They are available at a cost of $7 each from 1 August 2017, which may be rebatable according to the balance of your Membership as part of our Member Loyalty Program – see the Fees & Charges/Member Loyalty fact sheet for details.
